Description

The Third Pentacle of Jupiter is considered a Defender and Protector symbol, as it has a full power over the Spirits – it is said that “if you show unto them this Pentacle, immediately they will obey”.

The spirits of this seal are guardians of sacred spaces, and they may serve to protect from spirits that seek to harm and cause ill-fortune. They have a special capacity to subjugate and destroy impure or dark spirits.

The spirits of the seal also have the power to help to send blessings of light and love to people at a distance.

Psalm 125 is a prayer of the invocation of this seal.

In the upper-left corner is the Magical Seal of Jupiter, containing the four letters of the Name of G-d, IHVH. Below is the Seal of the Intelligence of Jupiter; on the right – the Names of G-d, Adonai and IHVH. Versicle from the Psalm 125:1 (Song of Ascents – Shir a-Maalot) runs around the edge: “They that trust in the LORD are as mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abideth for ever”
