Description

The Second Pentacle of the Moon serves against all perils and dangers by water, and it is said that if it should chance that the Spirits of the Moon should excite and cause great rain and exceeding tempests about the Circle, in order to astonish and terrify thee; on showing unto them this Pentacle, it will all speedily cease.

The Name El and the name of the great angel Abariel appear on this seal, Abariel being an archangel from the order of the Kerubim who bears all blessings and powers associated with the Moon. Abariel takes up spiritual works and offers assistance to those who labor for the blessing and salvation of souls, and is known for the helping in the generation of lucid dreams in which adepts are able to visit the dreams of others to extend blessings, and to teach and empower souls.

The versicle is from Psalm 56:11: “In Elohim have I put my trust, I will not fear, what can man do unto me?”
